I think you should do something iike, on the spot, who can remember the most about which books. or something like that..... I think it would be cool, also, to get a set of Hard-Cover Books of every Sarah Dessen book. i think that would be insanely rad

a set of all of them would be pretty crazyawesome. it should be something like random info about any one of the characters. somethig you would only know if youve read the books many times. (which i have [=)

Something creative that is also educational and/or encourages activism in the community - i.e. a bike ride/marathon to raise money for a cause.

Yes, a challenge like a trivia game of some sort, testing knowledge about any of the books and characters. A whole set of books would be amazing really. And anything signed maybe. I think some themed swag as a prize would be well loved.

I think that you should have a challenge like the photo challenge or something like that and an oppurtunity to meet Sarah Dessen herself

I like the trivia idea a lot. Certain prizes besides books and signing would be like, book themed items. USWIM sweatshirts, lock and key necklaces, (Lock and Key), bike themed items for Along for the Ride.
Ireally liked the hands-on projects, like the photo contest.

although a set of all the books in hardcover would be amazing, it might be a bit expensive for the publishing company. how about the books "this summer" and "someone like you" accompanied by the movie "how to deal", which is a compilation of the both. i would love that. or perhaps a luncheon with sarah dessen herself, though this might present the problem of location for the winner.... can't wait to hear about the contest, and Sarah Dessen, thanks for letting us voice our opinions!!!

I like the idea of getting a booked themed item as a prize is a great idea! Like also you could get a truth squad T-shirt or some rings like Owen

I think a trivia game would be really awesome. Like, not just about one book, but all of them. And some really great prizes would be Truth Squad t-shirts, or like someone said, Owen's rings, Ruby's necklace, or a heart-in-hand sculpture! (that would be like the number one prize!) It would be a really great way to get more readers to like study for the trivia game thing. Hard Cover signed Sarah Dessen books would be really awesome too.=)

I would like to see another quotes challenge, where you take a picture and add a quote from the book to it. I thought it was cool the first time, and i would love to see what everyone can come up with.

I think a good challenge would be to have a giant(considering how many members there are on here) Trivia game. Each round would have more questions and I guess they could be considered harder. I think each round should have a lonnger book and just go up based on the number of pages each book has. Then, there could be like first, second, third, and fourth place. Prizes could be things like signed books, USWIM sweatshirts, Hate Spinnerbait shirts, key necklaces, an ipod with all of Owen's songs on it or maybe actually meeting Sarah Dessen. Oh and if there really ends up being a USWIM sweatshirt, I think it should say,"It's better than you sink." on the back.

Or, with the same prizes, we could have a photo/quote contest like before. I think it was a great way to see how different everyone's interpretation of certain quotes are. Despite the fact that they are all the same quote different minds will have different ways of thinking about it.

One challege i could think of is...to name as many main characters as you can and their characteristics and to win one of Sarah Dessen's book (get to chose which one). =)
